The rules, in simple words

You accept these rules every time you order. If something is not clear, ask us before you pay.

1. Who can use Mulakhas

1. Only current university students, with their university student email.
2. When you order, you confirm that you are registered in each course you buy, in the current semester. The packs follow your course's lectures, so they are only for students of that course.
3. Your details (name, student ID, phone, major, year) must be true. We may check them.

2. Your account

1. One account per student. Only you may use it.
2. One device at a time: logging in on a new device signs out the old one.
3. Do not give your login code to anyone.

3. What you may do with the packs

1. Read, study and practise for yourself.
2. Not allowed: sharing, sending, uploading, selling or copying the packs, screenshots of them, or printouts for other people.
3. The packs are made from your course's lecture material. They are only for studying that course, during the semester.

4. Payment

1. You pay with Whish and type the exact amount shown at checkout.
2. Every payment is checked by hand. After we find it, we open your packs.
3. If we cannot find your payment, or the amount is wrong, the order is rejected and nothing is opened. Contact us and we will sort it out.
4. Once your packs are open, the payment is final.

5. How long you have access

1. Until the last day of the semester you bought in. The date is shown in My courses.

6. About the content

1. Mulakhas is a study aid made by a student. We work hard to make it correct, but it can contain mistakes. Your lectures and your professor are always the final word.
2. Mulakhas is an independent student project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any university, and it is not made or checked by your professors.
3. Using Mulakhas does not promise any grade.
4. Never use Mulakhas during an exam or a graded assignment.

7. Breaking the rules

1. If an account shares packs, is used by someone else, or gives false details, we can block it. A blocked account loses access, with no refund.

8. Your data

1. We keep: your email, name, student ID, phone, major, year, date of birth, your orders, and what you use in the packs (for example, quizzes answered).
2. We use it only to run Mulakhas: to check payments, contact you about an order, protect the packs, and improve them.
3. We never sell your data and never share it, except when the law requires it.
4. Want your data deleted? Ask us. We delete it, and your account closes.

9. Changes

1. We may update these rules. The new version applies from your next order, and you accept it again at checkout.
