How do I pay?
With Whish. At checkout you see the exact amount. Open the Whish link, pay that amount, and type the Whish receipt number.
How long until my pack opens?
Every payment is checked by hand, usually within 24 hours. While you wait, the 10% preview of each pack is open for you in My courses.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes, but one at a time. Logging in on a new device signs out the old one. This keeps each account for one student.
Is it the same as the lectures?
It is built from your course's lectures and follows them chapter by chapter, with every slide covered in the quiz. Your professor and the lectures are always the final word.
What if a fact looks wrong?
Tell us by replying to any Mulakhas email. When the slides themselves have a slip, the pack says so and shows the right value.

Can I get a refund?
If your payment cannot be confirmed, the order is rejected and nothing is opened. Once your pack is open, the payment is final. See the terms.
